From 1990, the pioneer team of ETDETA served in PENAVICO the earliest and most authoritative Chinese official freight forwarder and the sole agent of the first international container liner in China, providing services of cargo canvassing, booking, customs clearing, trucking, storage, warehousing, distributing, container storage, accounting, B/L releasing, etc. After 20+ years of whole hearted service, we become the most senior experts in international freight forwarding business in China.
Quality Control
In our pre-work training, we require our staffs to remember the service criterion of “Patience, Timely, Flexible, Vigilance, Record”.
● Every order, big or small, must be 100%, recorded, including time, location, status, service providers and feedbacks.
● Plan changes, ahead of time, delay, cancellation, breakdown, should be notified to clients within 30 minutes (shown on line during closing time).
● Payment and collection would be notified to clients within 60 minutes (shown on line during closing time).
● Auto alert of the system would remind operators if the unusual happened to prevent mistakes.
● Documents of orders would 100% uploaded on line for the convenience of view. Important documents would be reminded by phone in 10 minutes.
● Each order is handle at least by 2 team members(one operator and one customer service).
If something unusual happened:
1st step: The operator should contact service supplier to know the truth, express our requirements, and push for the progress within 10 minutes;
2nd step: The client service should intervene in coordination, provide a solution, forecasts the expense and the effect.
3rd step: Evaluate and give marks to the service supplier for the reference of sorting quality service suppliers.
● The system would set standards for operation and time of orders automatically. Operators should follow the guidance of the standards, preventing oblivion.
● ET operators should experience 200 orders practice while their reaction to changes are good in 87% cases before they formally go to work.
● The operation system support distance operation at home. Operators can deal with emergency at any time of the day.
Clients are welcome to monitor our service people against above regulations. ET would fine the employee for one US$ for each violation.
Operation System
After 6 years’ development, with our 20 years practical experience, we are having a historic, prospective ET Standard Freight Service Operation System that is initiative in the industry.
● Free organization of a team --- The team for each order is organized to fit the requirement and characteristics to streamline the human resources.
● Shared platform with suppliers --- Our strong system support suppliers’ operation online, reducing the delay and distortion of traditional communication. The suppliers are supposed to update their progress and data timely.
● Standard operation procedures --- The system would create missions for each order according to preset programs. It will automatically monitor the operation of each mission. It will automatically send notices, remindings and warnings in case there are unusual changes in the missions.
● Well informed --- Clients may check the whole progress of the cargo shipping, view or download all documents and all expanses and accounting status, express their requirements or give their comments on line.
Compensation
ET promises to make compensations if the following happened in China.
● ET operation failure caused late delivery.ET would exempt operation fee of this order and make USD300/Bill compensation.
● ET operation failure caused loss or partial loss of cargo. In practice, accidents occur by 0.01% which is not avoidable. Cargo safety is the most important thing we care. We remind shippers to arrange assurance from time to time. We would positively provide assistance in case shippers need documents or certificates for claims.
If it is not insured, IT would compensate 80% of the ex works value of the lost cargo.
● ET operation failure caused extra expenses,ET would undertake all of them.
Flexible Prices
Operation fee is the main economic source for the existence of ET. With fair play and effect count principles, we offer three levels of prices:
● Less satisfactory: USD30/shipment
● Satisfactory: USD60/ shipment
● Bonus: USD150/ shipment
* (for FCL shipment,above prices will count by each container)
Clients can decide which level price should be paid.
Caring Employees
We knew that employees are the foundation of ET. The health of employees is the health quality of ET. We encourage employees to work @ home and arrange their time freely.
● Working less than 7 hours a day;
● Less than 35 hours a week;
● Less than 240 days a year.
The employees release the pressure of work, and save traffic time when they do exercises or accompany the families instead. We believe pleasant state of mind is the source of high quality services.
Low Carbon Tribe
Our consciousness of low carbon made us the leaders of environmental protection in freight forwarder industry in China. The creative ET IT system and unique bonus mechanism realized the management mode of working @ home.
Thus reduced the pressure of city traffic and reduced carbon release of the exhausted air. Less office space and equipments reduces deforestation.
Global transportation increased carbon. We have a forest planting plan that we would spare one dollar from each bill of operation to donate a sapling to the dry land in Chinese West and would mark the name of our client from whom the one dollar came.
We have different nationalities, but we have only one earth.
We appeal: Protect the earth irrespective nationalities.
Female Interests
Social status of professional women increased remarkably in China. The one-child policy caused many women to return home to look after the only child in the family.
